Summer, Winter, Water, Boathouse, Pigeon Hole, Yard and Dry Dock. Our Marina can accommodate most boats up to 25' summer or winter. With the convenience of being off the main channel of Lake St. Francis the waters are calm and we feel very little wind here.

We Can Accommodate

Winter storage options can be pigeon hole storage for boats without trailers, or shrink-wrap and stored blocked on the yard.All Pontoon boats are shrink-wrapped and blocked on the yard for the winter, as for most larger boats with or without trailers. Shrink-wrapping a unit is the very best way to keep the elements out and the clean air flowing through. Each boat that is shrink-wrapped is vented in 4 different area’s angled opposite to each other for continues air flow.

Winter Pigeon Hole storage is also available in one of our 2 three storey facility for boats without trailers, both stern drive and outboard models. We simply lift the boat with the lift truck after winterizing and set in your private stall. When all stalls are full the winter curtains are brought down and your boat and motors are covered for the nasty winter weather that lies ahead.

Summer storage has many options to suit just about every boater, we offer boathouse rental, open marine water slip rentals, pigeon hole rentals and yard space rental for your boat on your trailer. All storage options come with a variation of price structure, plus we offer contracts for year-round clients with remarkable savings.
